1986 to present – trained in Zen Do Black achieving black belt through to 5th Dan ranking
1989 – commenced work in the Security industry from security at hotels to personal protection. To date, Peter has over 15 year’s experience in this sector
1989 – completed Work Skilled Assessor Course- Food Industry
1990 – started competing in Boxing and Kickboxing, continuing for 10 years
1994 – completed a Martial Art Instructors Course, through Bob Jones Corporation
1997 – Work Cover Victoria – Occupational Health and Safety representatives course
1999 – qualified as a Butcher after completing 4 year apprenticeship in 3 years
2000 – Train the Trainer (Woolworths Limited)
2001 – Level 3 Security Certificate in Firearms, Baton & Handcuffs (ISTA)
2008 – refresher for Level 2 First Aid certification

Professional Experience and Achievements
1987 to present – development and provision of tailored self defence, martial arts and anger management programs in Victorian Schools including: Mentone Girls Grammar, Canterbury Girls High School, Hawthorn Secondary College, Lauriston Girls Grammar, Firbank Girls Grammar, Balwyn High School, St Kevin’s College, De La Salle College, Caulfield Grammar.
1990 – speaker at Rotary Victoria on Home Safety
1990 – developed and delivered ‘Stranger Danger’ and self defence programs to North East Victoria Girl Guides and Scouts
1992 to 1993 – developed and delivered a home safety and self-defence course for “Over 55s” called Prime Movers (featured on Good Morning Australia, Network Ten)
1999 – developed personal safety program for Royal Districts Nursing Service (RDNS)
1999 to 2005 – meat department manager (Coles Myer Limited and Woolworths Limited)
2000 – facilitated course for women’s Victims of Domestic Violence group
2001 to present – with psychologist Martina Quirk, development and delivery of home safety and personal safety programs for victims of domestic violence
2002/05 – Assessor and Recruitment Area Organiser (Victoria Region) for Meat Department workers (Woolworths Ltd).
2005 – delivered ongoing Self Defence and Safety in the Work Place Courses to employees at United Customer Management Solutions (a 2500 employee Contact Centre & BPO organisation)
2006 – Peter launched TriTactics Self Defence Programs business
2006 – Stay safe for girls- Provider, Drummond St Relationship Centre
2007 – developed an “Aggression Outlet” and anger management training program for abuse survivors as well as offenders
2007 – course provider for anger management programs, recognised in the Victorian Court System
2007- Course Facilitator- Waverly Help Mates Aggression Outlet Training and Assessment.
2008 –interview on Channel 7 program “The Morning Show” on abuse survivors as well as the programs offered by TriTactics
2008 – St Kevin’s College – tailored and delivered courses for year 7 and 8 students on Self Defence. Also developed and conducted a tactical wrestling program
2008 – conducted a 4 week intensive Self Defence/Relaxation/Stress Relief Course at Bexton (boutique IT Professional Services firm of 60+ employees)
2008 – public speaking engagements for Neighborhood Watch and CASA on Self Defence and effects of abuse in the community.
2008 – provided a Safety In the Workplace and Home Visits course for Southern Health group, a health provider regularly delivering services into client’s homes
2008 – Guest speaker on radio 3AW for Dr Feelgood (Dr Sally Cockburn) show on “Abuse- are you a victim or a survivor?
2008 – Speaker at Austin “House” Hospital for Adolescent Inpatient Unit on Personal Safety and Self Defence.
2008 – Assisting local member of State Parliament Ann Barker on course for Women’s Refuges.
2008 – invited onto a Mental Health Week Panel for the City of Kingston, facilitated by Dr Sally Cockburn with Dr Michael Carr Gregg also on the panel. The audience, mostly school children, was invited to interact with the panel, with speakers talking at length about challenges facing youth, behavioural reactions to abuse, how to be a survivor
2008 – working with “Child Wise” in promoting stopping the cycle of child abuse and helping improve self esteem of the young

2010 – Assisted Victoria Police (Prahran) in the Juvenile Justice Programs.
